The buying process
- 1€5,000 to the notary's deposit account
Reservation
Once you have found a suitable apartment, a paid reservation agreement is made. The reservation takes effect when the reservation fee (€5,000) reaches the notary's deposit account. The reservation is for a fixed term and runs until the notarial preliminary contract is signed.

Preliminary contract (VÕL)
A notarial preliminary sales contract is signed with the buyer, setting out every detail of the transaction. As a precondition, the buyer (or the bank, where bank financing is used) has paid at least 10% of the purchase value.
- 3the remaining balance + keys
Final contract (AÕL)
When the apartment is ready to hand over, the notarial final contract is signed. The buyer pays the remaining balance of the purchase price and possession of the apartment passes to the buyer under the terms of the notarial contract.

The buyer also pays
- • State fee and notary fees
- • Connecting the apartment to telecoms services
- • The parking space (€8,000 or €11,000)
