Smart home Bisly
Every Mustjuure apartment includes the Bisly smart home base package. It lets you control ventilation and heating from a central panel, read your utility meters and operate the door intercom.
The system can be extended with further devices. Every buyer may add extra comfort features while it is still possible to extend the cabling.

Air conditioning
Bisly integration via a Modbus module. €10 per device where the unit already has Modbus. Without one, the module and its installation are charged separately.
Lighting control
A Bisly UM6dim module in the apartment's distribution board, controlling up to 6 lighting groups. €379 per module.
Blind control
Smart control via Bisly blind motors, 1–4 blind groups. The choice of motors is to be confirmed with Bisly.
Heating manifold temperature sensor
Immediate alerts about heating system faults.
Smart apartment door — fob reader
HID Global Seos Profile 20/40, opened with a fob or the Bisly app. Does not include the electric strike or lock. A door replacement fee applies.
Smart apartment door — keypad
HID Global Seos Profile 20/40 Keypad, opened with a code, a fob or the Bisly app. Does not include the electric strike or lock. A door replacement fee applies.
Sauna control
Controlled through Bisly. Options and capability to be confirmed with the Bisly project manager.
Water leak sensor
Rapid detection and notification of water leaks.
IP camera
For monitoring the car park, playground or similar, integrated with the Bisly system. Price depends on the model.
Prices exclude installation and are subject to VAT. The current Bisly price list will be confirmed when the transaction is prepared.
