Landen Kinnisvara OÜ is an Estonian-owned property development company founded in 2023. Its aim is to shape the future of real estate by delivering sustainable, energy-efficient solutions across both residential and commercial space.

Mitt&Perlebach is a construction company. We work as main contractors and focus on constructing buildings — apartment blocks, warehouses, industrial and retail space, and buildings with a social function.

Our team is close-knit and well balanced — young, fired-up engineers alongside old hands who hold all the wisdom in the world. Women are in the minority here, and all the more valued for it. We stick together and we enjoy each other's company.

Arco Vara Kinnisvarabüroo OÜ is a franchise business operating under an exclusive licence agreement since the third quarter of 2018. The Arco Vara brand began in 1992 as the first real estate agency in Estonia. Its main activities are valuation, brokerage, purchase, sale and rental services for both residential and commercial property.

Its backbone is highly experienced specialists who set the main direction of the work and carry out rigorous quality control. Projektibüroo OÜ has developed and implemented a management system meeting the requirements of the international standards ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001:2015. The scope of the management system covers design management, expert assessments and construction supervision. A certified management system ensures that all activities meet the high requirements of these standards.

The management system manual is the document providing general information about Projektibüroo OÜ's management system. It is available to internal and external stakeholders alike, including certification bodies, clients, partners and employees. Clients and partners wishing to review the manual are asked to contact the HR manager.
